Job Title: Vulnerability Management Leader - Operational Technology

Location: Hiram, OH

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Vulnerability Management Leader to join our IT team in Cleveland Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the vulnerability management program for our operational technology (OT) environment. You will work closely with the IT security team to identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerabilities in our OT systems to protect our critical infrastructure and ensure operational continuity.

This will be a 6 month contract to hire position, offering full benefits on a W2. Candidates must be able to travel to Hiram Ohio, 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive vulnerability management program for OT systems.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability scans and assessments to identify security weaknesses.
  • Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities based on risk and potential impact.
  • Coordinate remediation efforts with IT and OT teams to address identified vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor and track remediation progress to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of vulnerabilities and remediation efforts.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in vulnerability management for OT environments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in vulnerability management, with some experience in operational technology (OT) environments.
  • Strong knowledge of OT systems and protocols, such as SCADA, PLCs, and DCS.
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools, such as Nessus, Qualys, or Tenable.io.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks, such as NIST, ISO, and IEC.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
