Title: HR Benefits Analyst Consultant
Location: Holyoke, MA (Hybrid role)
Contract Length: 6 months+
Candidate Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support the Benefits Specialist by providing process, operational and special project support across a variety of benefits programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration and tracking various benefits programs, including education reimbursement and retiree benefits.
- Assisting with basic leave and accommodation requests, workers compensation reporting, etc.
- Support in the development and distribution of a variety of benefits communications.
- Create documentation for benefits procedures, as necessary.
- Assist with ongoing benefits administrative work (e.g. invoice processing and reconciliation, benefits budget, audits, mailings, etc.).
Minimum Requirements / Education:
- Bachelor s degree in HR or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years experience in HR, with direct benefits experience highly preferred (or relevant combination of education and experience).
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Word.
