Job Description:
- The Program Manager is responsible for organizing and managing key on-going programs for three global franchises within our client's Hospital Business Unit; Cell Salvage, Client's Management, and Transfusion Management.
- This role will be a key contributor across multiple Core Team, actively owning the management of agendas, follow-ups on action items, and reporting minutes to broader audiences.
- Accountable to creating Core Team governance, including engagement of cross-functional team members related to critical business continuity programs of varying size, scope, and complexity.
- May support multi-faceted project phases, from inception to product launch to end of life, and ensure proactive project management and coordination of interdisciplinary design and integration needs.
Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of the weekly agendas, notes, and action item follow-ups for each of our franchise's Core Teams
- Lead agenda topics and discussion of key program meetings and escalate items that require manager attention
- Create and manage program dashboards in SmartSheet to facilitate Core Team meetings and track status updates
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve process and format
- Report out on programs and status to broader leadership audience
Duties:
- Lead program oversight and partner effectively with cross-functional teams, at all technical and managerial levels
- Work effectively with multiple diverse technical and business functions, and use tact and discretion to resolve conflicts, escalating issues appropriately as required
- Display solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and communicate effectively with multiple teams, diverse stakeholders at all levels, and customers
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Leverage SmartSheet tools to assist in the development of and adherence to a schedule and report status
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum five years of experience in Program Management, Marketing and/or related job functions in medical device industry or life science market
- Project Management and/or Marketing, including experience of product lifecycle management, is required
- Proficient in SmartSheet and all Microsoft applications
Must have:
- Extensive Smart sheet experience
- Experience working with a global team
- Strong Communication skills
- Efficient Stakeholder Management Skills
- Strong Organization skills
- Life science or medical device experiences
