equired Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Certifications:
Oracle Certified Trainer or related Oracle certifications.

Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP training or implementation
Deep understanding of one or more Oracle ERP Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Projects)
Experience designing and delivering training using different modalities (ILT, VILT, e-learning)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate complex system processes into simple, clear instructions.
Proficiency with tools like Oracle UPK, Captivate, Articulate, or other eLearning development software
Working knowledge of Oracle Guided Learning

Desired Skills:
Prior experience in ERP change management or organizational readiness projects
Experience in cross-functional ERP implementations.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Summary: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality training sessions to end-users, power users, and administrators across various Oracle Fusion ERP modules (such as Financials, Procurement/SCM, and Projects). The trainer will play a key role in ensuring successful user adoption and optimal use of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions by preparing training materials, conducting sessions, and providing post-training support.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and materials (user manuals, e-learning modules, presentations) for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules
Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions tailored to various user levels (end-users, super users, IT staff)
Collaborate with ERP implementation teams to understand business processes and workflows to align training content with organizational needs
Provide post-go-live support and re training sessions as needed
Assist in change management efforts by communicating system changes and benefits to stakeholders
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to continuously improve training programs
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and new features, adapting training content accordingly
Coordinate with third-party vendors or consultants when needed for supplemental training

***this is a hybrid role requiring 3 days/wk onsite in Newark, NJ***
