Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist SAP & AI

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Specialist with a background in SAP Architecture and hands-on AI implementation experience. The ideal candidate will drive data-driven decision-making, integrate AI solutions, and optimize analytics strategies in an SAP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced data analytics using SAP systems and tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights through data modeling and visualization.
- Integrate and apply AI technologies to enhance analytics outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support strategic business goals.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across SAP systems.
- Work closely with technical teams to optimize SAP architecture for analytics use cases.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics roles.
- Strong understanding and working experience with SAP Architecture (SAP HANA, BW, or similar platforms).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML projects (e.g., using Python, TensorFlow, or similar AI tools).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with business and IT teams.
