Salesforce Project Manager (Remote Option Available) (Full-Time)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

* Experience managing projects related to Salesforce implementations.
* Understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations and can communicate those to customers.
* Experience working on Government/Public sector projects.
* Familiarity with state government standards, policies, and guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Experience in managing agile/waterfall projects.
* Define and manage project goals and success criteria, monitoring and reviewing project progress.
* Strong functional and technical experience across different project phases, including business analysis, client interaction, deployment, and development.
* Experience in facilitating requirement gathering workshops, solution presentations, and creating user stories/use cases.
* Serve as the strategic lead for translating business requirements into solid, technical Solutions.
* Responsible for identification and inventory of customer process pain points and gaps in best practices.
* Clearly communicate and provide full transparency on project status for a range of stakeholders.
* PMP or Prince2 certified.
