Position: Senior CRM Strategy Consultant(Domain :- Real Estate/Homebuilding)
Location: Erlanger, KY- Onsite
Hire Type: Contract(C2C/W2)
JD:
10+ years of CRM and enterprise solution consulting experience, preferably in real estate, homebuilding, construction, or land development
Proven experience leading CRM strategy and platform evaluation initiatives for mid-to-large enterprises
Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing Automation, Land Acquisition, and NHA workflows in the homebuilding domain
Deep expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or others
Ability to synthesize technical and business findings into clear, actionable recommendations
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience presenting to VP- and C-level stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM data models, integration frameworks, and cloud deployment strategies
Preferred Qualifications
CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, HubSpot Solutions Partner, Dynamics Functional Consultant)
Experience in leading CRM consolidation or migration programs
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decision-making
