The responsibilities and requirements for this role include:
- Windows Server OS Expertise: Strong experience with Windows Server OS, including Domain Controller, DNS, Certificate Authority, and DHCP, etc. , providing Level X support.
- Windows OS Upgrade and Migration: Perform Windows OS upgrades and migrations, and provide solutions for issues that arise during these processes.
- Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM): Experience with SCCM for OS deployment, regular patching, hardware and software inventory, and Windows Client OS upgrades, providing Level X support.
- Microsoft Azure Cloud: Experience in managing, customizing, and supporting various implementations in Microsoft Azure Cloud, providing comprehensive support.
- Azure Cloud Migration: Experience in migrating on-premises servers to Azure Cloud and managing hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Veeam Backup Tool: Knowledge of Veeam Backup tool for backing up On Premises VM.
- Azure Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD): Experience with Azure WVD, providing unconditional support for daily issues.
- VMware vSphere: Strong knowledge and experience with VMware vSphere (vCenter and ESXi), providing end-to-end support, including design, hardware, and license recommendations.
- Server Hardware: Experience with server hardware, including regular firmware upgrades and troubleshooting
