Job Summary:
Sansar Technologies is seeking a Vendor System Administrator with strong enterprise application support experience, especially in Geneva systems. This hybrid role involves hands-on system setup, vendor management, cloud infrastructure, and ongoing performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
< data-start="724" data-end="753">Vendor System Admin:</>Install, configure, and maintain enterprise systems (Geneva experience highly valuable)
Perform upgrades and apply patches for system stability
Monitor system health and coordinate with vendors for advanced troubleshooting
Manage user roles, permissions, and enforce security protocols
Continuously optimize system performance
Maintain and test data backup/recovery strategies
Document all system setups, changes, and troubleshooting processes
Maintain a directory of vendor contacts and support paths
Track vendor performance against SLAs and initiate escalations when needed
Coordinate changes and updates with vendor teams
Participate in post-incident reviews and prepare for product roadmap changes
Monitor broker file delays and batch job processes
Perform basic system resource monitoring (CPU, memory, storage)
Handle access requests and troubleshoot permission issues
Conduct database health checks (queries, indexes, reorg)
Technical Skills:
Geneva Admin/Support Highly preferred
Terraform Infrastructure as Code automation
Linux Administration Strong command-line and shell experience
AWS Hands-on with EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.
SQL Server DB support and performance tuning
Windows Admin Installation, patching, troubleshooting
Security & Backup Patch updates, system hardening, recovery planning
