Job Details
Client is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support and drive the packaging and pricing of our platform. This person will own messaging, positioning, and content development for the most fundamental way in which customers understand and realize the value of the client. You will demonstrate strategic marketing vision and leadership, cross-team and executive alignment, and a passion for developing compelling platform positioning across all industry products and solutions to drive category creation, disruption, and leadership for the client.
- Location: This is a remote role located within the US.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week with no overtime.
- Timeline: Anticipated start date: 11-10-25. Duration: 14 weeks. Anticipated end date: 1/30/26
- Equipment: A personal laptop is required for this role. (Note: Laptops are not provided by IT unless the role is on-site.)
- Travel (if required): Not required
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Work with internal partners to develop messaging, go to market strategy, and customers face tactics to drive deeper understanding of our licensing model and reasons to upgrade for our customers.
- Partner closely with the sales teams to understand and develop new resources that will drive the biggest business impact.
- Deliver compelling messaging and positioning for key licensing capabilities, broad packaging strategy, buyer personas, verticals, and use cases.
- Identify customer stories to reinforce positioning, including references, testimonials, and case studies.
- Work cross-departmentally with multiple teams to develop self-service educational assets and track performance
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years product marketing or business planning in enterprise technologies, including experience in cloud / SaaS environments
- Experience partnering with pricing, packaging leaders, and communicating value to both internal and external audiences
- Experience with delivering results as a part of a cross-functional team
- Demonstrated customer track record with strong maturity
- Ability to drive impact across organizational boundaries, with matrixed program ownership
- Experience influencing teams across all levels of an organization
- Data-driven and able to look across trends to provide recommendations
- Experience developing customer-facing marketing and/or sales collateral
- Ability to distill simple positioning and messages from complex products
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to oversee projects from start to finish
- Excellent work ethic and ability to manage work independently
- Clearly structure data to draw fact-based conclusions from it
- Focused on improving processes to do more with existing resources through improved efficiency
- Comfort with high levels of ambiguity this is a new function and change is expected
