Position Title: Sr. Systems Administrator

Location Information: Arlington, TX - Onsite 5 Days a Week

Position Responsibilities:

The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for managing enterprise infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, and supporting internal teams across the organization. Primary duties include:

• Microsoft Active Directory administration
• Azure administration (VMs, Entra, SSO, etc.)
• Windows Server 2022 maintenance (patching, backups, new build, updating, etc)
• Microsoft Office365 administration
• Draft documentation for technical and non-technical staff.
• Supports internal and external audits related to policy rules and change management processes for the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills, Experience:

• At least 10 years of systems administration experience required.
• At least 8 years of experience managing virtual environments
• At least 5 years of experience with Azure or AWS.
• MCSE and/or similar certifications a plus.
• Azure certifications (AZ-900, etc) - nice to have

• Experience with cloud technologies
• Experience with Office 365, AD and MS Entra
• Must be highly proficient with Windows Server 2022
• Must be highly proficient with virtualization platforms
• Must be highly proficient with Powershell, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and DFS
• Knowledgeable of IaC (Terraform) and GitHub

Collaboration and Development:

• Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver solutions on time.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to team members and management.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Develop expertise in banking technologies, regulatory requirements, and IT frameworks.
