Hiring: Oracle EBS Finance Fixed Assets Implementation Consultant
Location: 100% Remote, but must be based in California (CA) Southern CA preferred
Type: Contract | Visa: Open to any visa
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Finance Fixed Assets Implementation Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle Fixed Assets module. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Oracle Financials, especially in Fixed Assets, and be comfortable collaborating across teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of the Oracle EBS Fixed Assets module
Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations
Configure Fixed Assets: categories, depreciation, books, reporting, etc.
Integrate FA with other Oracle EBS modules: AP, PO, GL, Projects
Hands-on experience with AP, AR, GL, CM, and Project Accounting modules
Good understanding of EPM modules
Draft functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams
Conduct CRPs, SIT, and UAT
Deliver user training and post-go-live support
Collaborate with Finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders
Troubleshoot and support Oracle FA and related modules
Required Skills & Experience:
12+ years of Oracle EBS experience with strong focus on Fixed Assets
Deep expertise in GL, AP, PO, Projects and Financials integration
Proven experience in full-cycle implementation or upgrade projects
Familiarity with Oracle R12 (12.2.x) and multi-org/multi-currency setups
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Ability to write clear functional design specs and work with technical teams
Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Cloud FA (Fusion)
Background in government or manufacturing industries
Knowledge of Oracle AIM or OUM methodology
