Data Reporting Lead

Piper Companies is looking for a Data Reporting Lead who's interested in leading a small team within a wealth management and financial services organization based in King of Prussia, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, review and deliver top-quality custom reports to a variety of our client base.
• Commit to a balanced mix of hands-on work in data and reporting (50%) as well as leading and managing (50%).
• Oversee the team's work, monitoring performance, and understanding and addressing challenges.
• Handle the delegation of tasks for both onshore and offshore team members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the problems and challenges in our products, along with the ability to communicate effectively, guide the team, and provide technical leadership.
• Proficiency in SQL and the ability to develop APIs is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SSRS and Crystal reporting is a must.
• Demonstrated experience in creating reports for external customers is essential.
• You should currently hold a leadership role or be ready to take on a lead position.
• Ideally, you should have over 10 years experience.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation: $120,000-$130,000
• Comprehensive benefit package; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and Paid Time Off
• Hybrid Remote Schedule in our King of Prussia location
