Job Details

Working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, your primary is to develop and configure the Coupa Spoke to integrate Coupa into ServiceNow via. This is an out of the box installation (run API's as is) with NO custom development. The goal is to have this developed and configured to work out of the box

Ensure platform stability, optimizes performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will need prior experience integrating ServiceNow and a solid understanding of Agile development practices.

BACKGROUND:

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations with prior Coupa integration experience.
  • SQL experience for Data Mining and Data Analysis
  • ITIL Foundations certification (v4 preferred)
  • Experience and/or certifications with several of the advanced ServiceNow areas below:
    • Advanced training and/or higher level certifications in the Mainline certification paths for IT Service ITSM, ITBM and/or platform application development
    • Multiple projects building business rules using JavaScript and/or Jelly Script
    • Experience in orchestration with Active Directory and integration with other commercial systems (HRIS, OSS).  Exposure / experience with Integration Hub/spoke capabilities ideal.
    • Expertise in Web Technologies (Web Services, XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, etc.) a plus
    • Experience with building REST/SOAP APIs.
