Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and targeting new sales leads, target accounts, and target applications.
2. Providing guidance to the engineering, marketing, and management teams on upcoming market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.
3. Assisting the Product Line Managers in planning, managing, and promoting the product line through the various stages of the product life cycle.
4. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
6. Assisting the web developers and marketing teams with relevant information to help promote the business unit and its solutions.
7. Attending trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote our products and build brand awareness.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch of new products and initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the I.T. Telecom / Automotive / Interconnect industry.
3. Strong technical knowledge of our products.
4. Proven track record of identifying and converting new sales leads and managing customer relationships.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
6. Ability to provide guidance and support to the engineering, marketing, and management teams.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex sales challenges.
