Role Overview
We are partnering with a client of ours to identify an experienced UI Path Engineering Lead. This consultant will lead the design, development, delivery, and stabilization of enterprise-scale automation solutions, while also driving the migration of automation workloads from on-premise to the cloud. With over 400 active automations currently in production, this role requires strategic oversight and hands-on technical skill to help execute a cloud-first automation strategy. This position plays a key role in aligning RPA capabilities with broader digital transformation initiatives and will work cross-functionally with business, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver scalable, performant, and secure solutions in a cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Analyze and assess business processes to determine automation feasibility and prioritize migrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
  • Drive cloud migration of automation workloads, ensuring minimal disruption and high performance in new environments.
  • Implement and optimize UiPath s Document Understanding and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) capabilities.
  • Serve as a technical lead and mentor to other RPA developers, ensuring adherence to automation best practices.
  • Create and manage reusable components and assets across business process patterns.
  • Define error handling, logging, authentication, and performance tuning within automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to architect and govern cloud-based automation platforms.
  • Provide ongoing production support and help define long-term RPA governance and standards.
  • Deliver training and support to internal teams and end users on new automation tools and practices.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on RPA experience, with advanced knowledge of UiPath.
  • Proven success leading cloud migration projects for large-scale automation environments (40 60+ active automations).
  • Strong understanding of Agentic Automation and cloud-first RPA architectures.
  • Technical proficiency in .NET, C#, and scripting languages relevant to RPA development.
  • Experience with API integration, web services (REST/SOAP), and database management (SQL).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts as they apply to intelligent automation.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • UiPath Certification required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with Oracle ERP systems.
  • Exposure to Intelligent Document Processing tools and methodologies within UiPath.
  • Background in enterprise IT environments with formal governance and compliance standards.
