Senior Director, Oracle Cloud ERP Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted leader and ERP subject matter expert across the enterprise, guiding technology transformation aligned with Finance and business goals.
  • Build and lead a multi-disciplinary team (2 4 direct reports, with broader indirect leadership), fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Inspire, coach, and mentor team members while championing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) principles.
  • Develop and execute the organization s Oracle ERP Cloud roadmap with a focus on enterprise-wide transformation, process optimization, and technology enablement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and executive stakeholders to define and deliver strategic ERP and EPM capabilities.
  • Provide visionary leadership on best practices for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects) and the EPM suite (FCCS, FCM, ARCS, EDM).
  • Oversee ERP governance, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the Oracle Cloud platform.
  • Partner with implementation vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that are technically sound and operationally effective.
  • Act as an internal change agent, driving adoption, organizational readiness, and effective change management strategies throughout the ERP lifecycle.
  • Define and manage budgets and strategic initiatives, reporting regularly to senior executives on KPIs, risks, and milestones.
  • Ensure systems are implemented and managed with business continuity, audit readiness, and risk mitigation in mind.
  • Align technology programs with broader enterprise strategies, including digital transformation, automation, and user experience.

Senior Director, Oracle Cloud ERP Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading ERP implementations and technology teams, with direct experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large, complex, enterprise-wide ERP transformations from inception to post-go-live support.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects) and EPM tools.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, managing direct reports as well as influencing across departments.
  • Skilled at executive-level communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong vendor management skills, with experience overseeing SI partners and internal technical teams.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and integrated ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, data governance, and IT controls.
  • Travel up to 20% may be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or relevant ERP certification (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP).
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models and DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Experience in hybrid or cloud-first IT environments.
  • Prior experience leading digital or finance transformation initiatives at scale.

The annual salary for this position is $169,100 $236,700, depending on experience, location, and other factors.
