Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Administrator to join their team. This role is crucial in the company s transition from a legacy on-prem accounting system to Oracle Fusion. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration and administration of the Oracle Fusion environment, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability. This position is based locally, requiring the candidate to work onsite up to 5 days a week. The contract is of indefinite length, expected to span multiple years, providing a stable and long-term opportunity for the right individual.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the migration process from the legacy accounting system to Oracle Fusion, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Configure and manage Oracle Fusion applications according to project requirements and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve responsiveness and overall reliability.
  • Provide ongoing administration and support for Oracle Fusion, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with IT and financial teams to align Oracle Fusion configuration with business needs and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Train and support end-users, enhancing their understanding and ability to effectively use the Oracle Fusion system.
  • Stay updated with the latest updates and enhancements from Oracle, implementing upgrades as necessary to maintain system efficiency and security.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Administrator or similar role with a strong focus on system configuration and administration.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and infrastructure.
  • Ability to work onsite in a full-time capacity, up to 5 days per week.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in documenting system configurations and creating user-friendly training materials.
  • Commitment to staying informed on Oracle updates and industry best practices.
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion are highly advantageous.
