Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, this position is on site 5 days per week

Salary: 90,000 - 115,000

Our client leverages cutting-edge technology to drive innovation and efficiency. They are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer to contribute to the development of high-quality software and web applications within their growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.


• Create and maintain workflows, business rules, UI components, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.


• Ensure the quality and performance of the ServiceNow applications through testing and best practices.


• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow implementations.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience developing within the ServiceNow platform.


• Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript is essential.


• Preferred Experience: Knowledge and experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Customer Service Management (CSM) are highly desirable.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
