Experience: 8 10 years in IT operations or a related field.

Deep professional knowledge in a specific IT sub-domain.

Proven experience applying domain expertise across various contexts.

Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.

History of improving existing processes and methodologies.

Preferred Education: Chartered professional qualification or equivalent (not mandatory).
