Advanced Application Engineer - Ab Initio

Join a Global Consulting Organization as an Advanced Application Engineer, specializing in developing next-generation technology solutions. You will be a subject matter expert, leveraging your deep experience in Ab Initio and data engineering to design, implement, and validate scalable solutions. This critical, high-level role involves solving complex problems, mentoring, and contributing to core architectural decisions within the team.

• Design and implement highly scalable solutions that align with project requirements.
• Perform comprehensive testing and validation to ensure application quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to refine and analyze system requirements.
• Serve as a mentor, guiding junior engineers and promoting software development best practices.
• Build and maintain robust data integration solutions using Ab Initio ETL.
• Develop efficient data processing pipelines and applications leveraging Apache Spark.
• Orchestrate complex data workflows using Python, ensuring timely and accurate processing

16+ years of professional experience in software engineering and application development.

Expert proficiency and deep experience with Ab Initio.

Expertise in ETL Development concepts and tooling.

Strong proficiency in Python for data pipeline orchestration.

Experience working with Apache Spark for data processing.

Familiarity with distributed computing principles.
