Job Title: Generative AI Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC / Iselin, NJ
Duration: Contract

Core Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and efficient generative AI models and systems.
- Model Development & Optimization: Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to develop, fine-tune, and deploy models for use cases such as content generation, customer insights, or automation.
- Technology Strategy: Define the AI technology stack, tools, and frameworks appropriate for enterprise deployment (e.g., GPT, Transformer models, etc.).
- Integration: Work closely with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI advancements, experimenting with novel architectures and techniques.
- Governance & Ethics: Ensure responsible AI practices, data privacy, and compliance with regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure alignment on project goals.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
- Proficiency with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3/4, BERT, etc.
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of data engineering, APIs, and system integration.
