Job Details

Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant (Onboarding 2.0 EC Mini Master) to be a part of our Consulting team. You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 using EC Mini Master.
  • Conduct functional workshops and gather business requirements for onboarding processes.
  • Map existing Onboarding 1.0 functionality to Onboarding 2.0 and identify any gaps or enhancements.
  • Configure onboarding processes, including:
    • New hire data collection panels
    • Onboarding tasks and process flows
    • Business rules and notifications
    • Compliance forms and document generation
  • Support the design and update of EC Mini Master portlets as per SAP guidelines and business needs.
  • Work with integration specialists to support data flow between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors via SAP Integration Center or SCI.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team on interface design and development.
  • Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide end-user training and support creation of SOPs and training documentation.
  • Support change management and deployment planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or related field.
  • SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
  • Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations of Onboarding 2.0, preferably including EC Mini Master.
  • Strong understanding of Onboarding 2.0 architecture, processes, and best practices.
  • Experience configuring onboarding panels, forms, tasks, and business rules.
  • Familiarity with EC Mini Master structure, data models, and known limitations.
  • Experience in integration projects between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid project environment (Waterfall with Agile elements).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience transitioning from Onboarding 1.0 to 2.0.
  • Knowledge of integration with third-party platforms like OnBase and Qlik.
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and People Analytics.
  • Experience working with public sector or government clients.
