Job Details

Join our team as a Training Development Specialist and play a pivotal role in enhancing our business systems and processes. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support business systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize training and process gaps.
  • Create detailed process maps to enhance efficiency and ensure consistency across the business.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business practices.

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop detailed process maps.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the retail, ecommerce, beauty/fashion, or CPG industries.
  • Knowledge in merchandising, planning, or inventory management.
