S4/ Hana SAP SM (Service Management) consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the SAP Service Management module within an organization, focusing on post-sales service and support. This involves understanding business processes, configuring the system, integrating with other SAP modules, and ensuring efficient service delivery
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled S4/Hana, SAP SM (Service Management) Consultant with expertise in SAP S4/ HANA to Implementation support and enhance our SAP Service Management processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SM module configurations, integrations with S/4HANA, and end-to-end service management processes .
Historically, this role was called SAP CRM-Service functional consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
10 + SAP SM Implementation & Support: Configure, customize, and enhance SAP SM functionalities in an S/4HANA environment.
Business Process Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze service processes and recommend best practices.
Integration with SAP Modules: Collaborate with SD, MM, PM, and FI/CO teams for seamless integration.
Incident & Change Management: Troubleshoot issues, provide resolutions, and implement process improvements.
