Job Summary (List Format):
- Full-time, onsite role (5 days/week) in Maryland; relocation accepted; no sponsorship available.
- Requires current Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI eligibility.
- Position: Senior Cyber Red Team Operator (Penetration Testing, Senior Associate).
- Primary focus on adversarial threat emulation (Red Teaming) and penetration testing of IT platforms and networks.
- Work closely with government customers to test aeronautical systems, subsystems, equipment, and government networks (Windows, Linux, network devices).
- Identify vulnerabilities and issues within operational networks and programs.
- Apply advanced cybersecurity principles, concepts, and tactics.
- Eligible for compressed work schedule; may require flexible evening/weekend shifts as needed.
- Up to 10% travel required.
- Requires extensive experience (10+ years) in penetration testing, red team operations, and/or offensive security.
- Must hold relevant industry certifications (CEH, CISSP, etc.) and be able to obtain additional certifications (OSCP, OSCE, GXPN) within 6 months.
- Desired qualifications include military cyber training, additional certifications, and experience with web application testing, wireless/SDF hacking, scripting, and cyber ranges.
