This is a long-term, Onsite contract role.

Position: Oracle Cloud CX Incentive Compensation Functional Lead

Locations: Remote Opportunity

Duration: 4+ Months Contract (Direct Client)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud CX Incentive Compensation (IC) professional to lead and implement solutions within the Oracle Cloud CX suite. The ideal candidate must demonstrate deep expertise in:

  • Oracle Cloud CX Incentive Compensation, including implementation and configuration.
  • Sound knowledge of Service Requests module and dispute management.
  • Experience with Oracle Redwood UI and Oracle AI tools for CX.
  • Proven implementation experience with the CX module.
  • Hands-on expertise in designing, managing, and optimizing compensation formulas.
  • Interface development, CRM integrations, data mapping, and testing.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Service Cloud.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Oracle CX Incentive Compensation module.
  • Collaborate with business users to capture requirements around incentive compensation, including service requests and dispute management.
  • Design, develop, and implement compensation plans and formulas.
  • Utilize Oracle AI and Redwood UI features for enhancing customer experience.
  • Manage data migration, integration, and troubleshoot compensation issues.
  • Drive UAT and go-live activities for implementation projects.
  • Support ongoing enhancements and address service requests post-implementation.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years in Oracle Incentive Compensation or similar CX modules.
  • Hands-on with Oracle Redwood UI, Oracle AI for CX, dispute management, service requests.
  • Strong compensation formulas and implementation experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver projects end-to-end.
