Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hybrid in Pittsburg PA, 2-3 days
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to foster collaboration and team self-organization
