Job Details

Seeking a Sr. Project Manager to oversee, lead, and administer the setup of a Salesforce Program.

Duration: contract position through 06/30/2026
Work location: Columbus-Hybrid (there will be occasional needs for onsite but not regularly)

Required exp/skills:
-At least 7yrs of project management exp. & proven track record of managing multiple I.T. projects concurrently
-At least 5yrs of Business Process Analysis exp.
-At least 3yrs of Workflow automation exp.
-At least 3yrs of Salesforce exp.
-Project Management/PMP certification, highly desired
-Experience leading Digital Workflow Automation projects, highly desired
-4yr college degree or equivalent technical study

Duties:
-Primary responsibility is to drive the entire Salesforce org, such as implementing application rewrite, governance, and operations.
-Ensure that any project risk(s) are addressed to assist with a timely completion, the final product meets the business, technical, and established quality requirements.

Provide:
-Strategic Planning & Leadership
-Define and drive the overall Salesforce program vision, strategy, and roadmap.
-Align Salesforce initiatives with business goals & stakeholder priorities.
-Lead cross-functional teams in program planning & execution.
-Program Oversight
-Manage the end-to end lifecycle of Salesforce-related projects & initiatives.
-Oversee timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation.
-Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance across Salesforce implementations.
-Stakeholder Management
-Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
-Facilitate requirements gathering, prioritization, and expectation setting.
-Communicate status updates, milestones, and issues to senior leadership.
-Process improvement, analyze & improve business processes through Salesforce automation and tools.
-Champion best practices in CRM adoption, data quality, and user engagement.
-Drive continuous improvement using feedback, metrics, and analytics.
-Technical oversight (Non-Coding Role)
-Interact with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects on technical solutions.
-Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of the Salesforce platform.
-Oversee integrations with other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).
-Change Management & Training
-Lead change management effort to support adoption of Salesforce features.
-Plan and coordinate training programs for users and stakeholders.
