Lead Digital Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Weston, FL that is seeking a highly motivated Lead Digital Project Manager to join our team.

Summary:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and delivering complex programs that drive strategic outcomes for the organization. Leveraging your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and leadership abilities, you will lead cross-functional teams in executing large-scale projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.

Key Tasks:
* Lead and inspire cross-functional teams through excellent communication and negotiation skills, effectively collaborating with executives and stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment on objectives, scope, and deliverables, consistently advocating for the best interests of the organization while maintaining positive relationships
* Provide strategic guidance and insight to support decision-making through data-driven analysis and your knowledge of industry trends, organizational priorities and technology and architecture trends
* Drive project management excellence by leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects by managing cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while ensuring projects are aligned with business objectives
* Foster an outcome-based strategy and culture by demonstrating strong leadership skills, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, and championing best practices in project management and execution
* Manage resources effectively, optimizing resource allocation across projects to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources while delivering maximum value to the organization
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by identifying and resolving critical issues, leveraging your professional and technical expertise to implement innovative solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 8-11 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software projects in a SaaS-based environment
* Technical and business familiarities with financial systems (D365), CRM (Salesforce), enterprise data warehouse (Azure Data Lake)
* Experience creating and maintaining project plans and reporting status to senior leaders
* Experience with large-scale system architecture
* Strong understanding of Agile practices, including SAFe, Scrum, LPM, and DevOps
* Flexibility to adapt work schedule to work with multiple time zones as needed
* Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
* Strong cross-functional team experience with various business centric
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
* Experience managing complex projects
* Experience with JIRA, Power BI, DevOps
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts across all levels with an organization towards common goals
* Able to perform in a hybrid-office role, requiring three or more days per week in the office
* Ability to leverage a customer-centric lens to represent the customer's needs and preferences, where applicable
* Out-of-the-box thinker and results-driven problem solver, who is excited to dive into tough problems, and committed to delivering clear business outcomes
* Having a continuous learning approach, including the ability to ask relevant questions to understand requirements and context, as well as ability to receive and incorporate feedback
* 15% Travel
* Preferred certifications include: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, LPM

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
