Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Agile Project Manager with 10+ years of expertise in managing large-scale software development projects using Agile methodologies, specifically within the banking or financial services domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery while promoting Agile practices and business value alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (Master s preferred).
  • 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5+ years in Agile delivery environments.
  • Proven track record in banking/finance domain projects such as Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, or Risk & Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agilist certifications preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing large, cross-functional teams and multi-million-dollar projects.
