Job Details
These roles are nearly identical in scope and function. In both, you'll serve as a trusted technical expert-delivering configurations, integrations, reports, and modifications that align with each client's business goals. You'll work across industries and IFS versions, joining a collaborative team that values both technical excellence and customer impact.
Responsibilities
- Deliver CRIM development and technical support across all IFS product areas
- Configure, develop, and demonstrate IFS functionality aligned to client-defined scenarios
- Create technical specifications and identify solutions to bridge gaps between client needs and IFS offerings
- Support ongoing ticket resolution, system testing, upgrades, and release activities
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and internal technical team members
- Contribute to team knowledge development and maintain alignment with ACG standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of IFS Applications experience
- Experience with IFS Cloud, Aurena, Report Designer, configuration/security, integration handling
- Multiple full implementations across IFS versions and industries preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Must be fluent in English and available 9 a.m. 6 p.m. EST (U.S./Canada holidays followed)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
Additional Details
- Travel up to 20% may be required
- Position reports to AMS Team Lead
- Remote work expected 80%+ of the time
