Responsibilities
- Build content infographic, pdf, PowerPoint, blog, or articles to support engineers' sharing capabilities with sales teams and customers.
- Provide support by educating clients about different security tools and domains with Stakeholders to educate the non-technical audience.
- Cyber Security knowledge
Qualifications:
- 2+ years Content Creation (not just editing) design storyboards and craft documents to share with customers.
- Experience with the technical documentation process including content creation, and new document design.
- Experience working with technical resources to document the process and how the process is controlled Business analysis experience.
- Project Management/Project Coordination experience
- Microsoft Office experience (PowerPoint, Excel)
- The ability to give presentations to senior leadership.
- Experience with Jira / Confluence
