Overview
We're seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong Apex and Flow expertise to design, build, and maintain high-performing Salesforce applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, modernizing legacy code, and optimizing performance in a dynamic, fast-growth organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, before-save, after-save, scheduled, and batch) for scalable automation.
- Develop and refactor Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes, ensuring performance and maintainability.
- Build and manage integrations using Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC) for event-driven architecture.
- Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, deployment processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Debug and optimize existing processes, reducing technical debt and improving system reliability.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage new capabilities to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation best practices.
- Strong Apex programming skills; experience working with legacy code and complex triggers.
- Experience implementing Platform Events and CDC integration models.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and governor limits.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications.
- Platform Developer I (PD1) or PD2 certification preferred.
- Fintech or SaaS industry experience.
- Familiarity with tools such as Git, SFDX, VS Code, and CI/CD frameworks (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
