Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of Project and Change Management experience.
- 5+ years of customer experience strategies and best practices.
- MS Project, JIRA (good to have Agile).
- Ability to plan and think independently.
- Ability to build strong relationships, work effectively with a team, and demonstrate emotional resilience.
- Self-Starter with ability to multi-task and work on multiple/complex projects at the same time.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
Job Description:
- Leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop project plans and schedules.
- Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts.
- Proactively address stakeholder concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to project standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and address potential issues.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, risk logs, and issue trackers.
- Other assignments as requested.
