Job Title: Project Specialist

Location: Onsite. Allen Park, MI.



Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.


• 3+ years of Project and Change Management experience.


• 5+ years of customer experience strategies and best practices.


• MS Project, JIRA (good to have Agile).


• Ability to plan and think independently.


• Ability to build strong relationships, work effectively with a team, and demonstrate emotional resilience.


• Self-Starter with ability to multi-task and work on multiple/complex projects at the same time.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal).

Job Description:

• Leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery.


• Develop project plans and schedules.


• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.


• Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks, and implement corrective actions.


• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders.


• Manage expectations, communicate effectively, and resolve conflicts.


• Proactively address stakeholder concerns and ensure their satisfaction.


• Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.


• Ensure adherence to project standards and best practices.


• Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify and address potential issues.


• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, risk logs, and issue trackers.


• Other assignments as requested.
