Description:
One of our clients in the banking industry is looking to hire a Salesforce Business Analyst.
This would begin as a 6+ month contract with the possibility for extensions
Hybrid Schedule, 3 days onsite in Waltham, MA
KEY RESULT AREAS:
-Build partnerships and serve as the liaison with internal departments on programs to determine business needs and recommend/deliver solutions that provide business value to the organization.
-Facilitate strong collaboration across various business stakeholders, end users and departments, ensuring seamless communication and engagement.
-Partner with Project Managers, Product Managers, business stakeholders and SMEs to:
-Elicit, document, validate and manage traceable business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
-Facilitate design workshops to document functional current state/future state workflow diagrams.
-Manage and coordinate all aspects of program functional testing (Component, UAT) to include test plan, test script/test case creation, defect management, testing training and execution with various business line testers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years' proven experience in a business analysis role, working with business stakeholders/SMEs, managing business requirements/design deliverables, and leading functional testing teams, preferably in banking, financial institutions and/or at professional services firms that focus on the financial services industry.
-Experience within Commercial, Consumer, and/or Digital Banking areas preferred.
-CBAP or PBA certification(s) is preferred.
-Advanced knowledge of business tools and applications to include MS Office Suite, Visio, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, Copado, Jira
