Senior Embedded Software Engineer
Onsite – Eden Prairie, MN (4 days per week)

What you get to do:
- Design, develop, and test embedded software for advanced communication products
- Implement and optimize bare-metal drivers for microcontroller peripherals and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, USB, I2S)
- Work with real-time operating systems like FreeRTOS, Zephyr OS, and Linux-based RTOS
- Read schematics and work closely with hardware engineers to develop and troubleshoot embedded systems
- Participate in peer reviews, improve software development processes, and contribute to technical roadmaps
- Mentor junior engineers and provide architectural guidance
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in embedded software development
- Proficiency in C and experience with microcontroller-based development
- Strong understanding of real-time systems and low-level programming
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools and troubleshooting embedded systems
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and version control tools like Git
- Bonus: Experience with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, RF, Python, C#, or digital signal processing
