Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional digital experiences that align with user needs and organizational goals. As part of a collaborative environment, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and refine solutions, ensuring usability and innovation drive the product's success. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the Real Estate & Property industry.

Responsibilities:
Develop innovative solutions that align with organizational goals and user needs, utilizing tools such as Jira and Figma within agile-like processes.
Apply human-centered design principles to address common design challenges and enhance user engagement.
Identify and address specific product capabilities, such as improving workflows or optimizing user interaction, based on team guidance.
Present and defend design decisions effectively to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Facilitate collaboration within teams by leveraging design workshops and storytelling techniques to build trust and foster relationships.
Mentor less experienced designers by offering guidance on best practices, methodologies, and skill development.
Model leadership competencies by inspiring teams, fostering collaboration, and driving outcomes.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional employee engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
Uphold the organization's trust and reputation by delivering high-quality digital experiences that resonate with users.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Web Product Design, Web Development, or related fields.
At least 6 years of experience in design-related roles, including 3 years focused on user experience, interaction design, or product development.
Proven track record of contributing to the development of multiple successful digital products.
Ability to create processes for tackling complex design challenges and delivering quality solutions.
Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and establish measurable success metrics.
Expertise in human-centered design methodologies and their application in digital product development.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Figma to support the design and iteration process.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile environments and collaborate with diverse teams.
