Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop process maps, standard work, and work instructions for areas of responsibility, including developing and documenting routings.
- Lead continuous improvement activities to eliminate waste and enhance manufacturing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory.
- Respond to quality, product, and process issues; provide solutions to root causes.
- Suggest improvement opportunities to streamline processes on the manufacturing floor and in office environments.
- Collect and analyze process data to support improvement efforts.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions, tools, fixtures, workstations, and systems to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Participate in product design processes, ensuring manufacturability, testing, and quality are integral to product design.
- Assist with additive manufacturing responsibilities.
- Any other job duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- An Associate s Degree in Engineering (manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or related fields).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a lean manufacturing environment.
- Proficient computer use (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc.).
- SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Power Platform experience is a plus.
- CAD skills are a plus (Inventor, AutoCAD, etc.).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, and analyze data for improvement opportunities.
- Participates enthusiastically in a team with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and organization skills.
