Responsibilities:

Support assigned product areas and ensure alignment with organizational strategy and roadmap.
Understand the what and why behind user stories and their relationship to larger product features.
Collaborate with users, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define and deliver product capabilities.
Translate product goals into actionable user stories and features tied to OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
Partner with product managers and owners to prioritize and manage backlogs.
Decompose capabilities into manageable development stories and requirements.
Facilitate communication between operations and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Build trusted relationships across product, design, engineering, and leadership teams.
Participate in ongoing learning and training to improve product operations and agile practices.
Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while adopting a growth mindset.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years of experience in product or technology delivery working closely with engineering teams. 3+ years of experience in product management or technology delivery roles. 3+ years of experience working in agile or scaled agile environments. 3+ years of experience analyzing customer needs, engagement, and product performance. 1+ years of experience working across matrixed product teams.
Proven experience using AI tools to improve product lifecycle quality and efficiency.
Strong understanding of agile principles, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience representing the voice of the customer during technical discussions.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or LeSS certification.
Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with application development and software integrations.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience achieving results in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
Exposure to healthcare, government, or enterprise technology sectors.
