Title: Marketing Consultant - II

Location: Overland Park, KS (Onsite)

Contract Length: 12 Months (W2 contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Event Manager to support content creation and production for both webinars and in-person events, workshops, and panels targeting enterprise and government audiences.
• This role requires strong writing, editing, and project management capabilities with a focus on creating compelling content while coordinating across marketing, sales, PR, legal and event stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate will help TFB maintain a strong, consistent and legally compliant public presence across all external speaking engagements and customer-facing content channels.
• Coordinate with event managers, marketing leads, sales leaders, PR, and legal teams to support TFB experts speaking at national events.
• Track deadlines and deliverables while maintaining alignment with strategic marketing and communication goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience writing for enterprise and/or government audiences, ideally in tech, telecom, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry regulations, and executive-level messaging.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint is required.
• Experience managing an editorial calendar and collaborating with senior leaders and SMEs.
• Understanding of webinar formats, promotional content, and event communications.
• PowerPoint, Virtual Event Platforms, preferably On24, SFDC.
