Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Analyst - Process Excellence - Regulatory Strategy, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the Regulatory Strategy SME, helping define and optimize workflows related to submission planning, HA interactions, regulatory pathways, and launch readiness
Document current-state strategic planning and global submission tracking processes
Collaborate with regional and global regulatory leads to design future-state workflows that better leverage platform capabilities (e.g., Veeva Vault RIM)
Work with product teams to define business needs for system features supporting strategy development, HA questions/responses, and timeline visualization
Translate complex strategic processes into structured, standardized workflows and data definitions
Assist in testing and validation of strategic planning tools and modules
Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in Regulatory Strategy, including submission planning, regulatory intelligence, or HA interactions
Familiarity with global drug development and approval processes (e.g., IND, CTA, NDA, MAA, etc.)
Experience applying process improvement or business analysis methods in a global pharma context
Ability to lead workshops, synthesize input across stakeholders, and translate insights into system requirements
Prior experience with regulatory platforms such as Veeva Vault RIM preferred
The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $235,000 or the hourly equivalent.
