Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in SteelBrick (Salesforce CPQ) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions, integrating applications with the Salesforce platform, and building enhancements to optimize the quote-to-cash process. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce development tools and SteelBrick CPQ to streamline sales processes, enhance system functionality, and drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) Development:
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) to support complex product configurations, pricing rules, discount schedules, and quote generation.dice.com
  • Implement and enhance SteelBrick CPQ features, including product bundles, pricing workflows, and advanced approval processes.
  • Develop and maintain custom scripts (e.g., Quote Calculator Plugins) and price rules to meet business-specific requirements.dice.com
• Application Integration:
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce CPQ and external systems (e.g., ERP, financial systems, or third-party applications) using APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft), or Salesforce integration patterns.onetonline.org
  • Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and integrated systems to support the quote-to-cash process.techilaservices.com
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain data integrity and system performance.
• Enhancements and Customization:
  • Build and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL to extend CPQ functionality.onetonline.orgs2-labs.com
  • Develop custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, and flows to support business requirements within the Salesforce ecosystem.s2-labs.com
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions for SteelBrick CPQ enhancements.
• Testing and Deployment:
  • Create and execute test plans, including test cases and data, to validate CPQ configurations, integrations, and customizations.dice.com
  • Support CI/CD processes for automated deployments using tools like Salesforce DX, GitHub, or Copado.onetonline.org
  • Ensure service-level availability of the Salesforce platform and resolve issues through break/fix and enhancement activities.onetonline.org
• Collaboration and Best Practices:
  • Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Architects, and business stakeholders to align CPQ solutions with business processes.dice.com

  • Provide technical guidance on product modeling, pricing strategies, and CPQ optimization.dice.com

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick), including configuring quoting processes, pricing bundles, and workflows.dice.com
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and JavaScript.dice.coms2-labs.com
• Experience with at least one full-cycle Salesforce CPQ implementation.dice.com
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and methodologies (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware).onetonline.org
• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus.dice.com
