Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Agile and PMI-based project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in IT Infrastructure (Network, UNIX, Wintel, EUC, etc.) and hold valid certifications such as CASM, PMP, or Prince2. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of IT projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects in compliance with PMI standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Ensure on-time project delivery by managing scope, timeline, resources, and quality.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication plans.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Conduct project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder updates.
  • Manage change control processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and drive team performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 8 years of overall IT experience, with minimum 4 years in Project Management.
  • Proven success managing full life cycle IT infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile).
  • Certifications:
    • Mandatory: Certified Agile Scrum Master (CASM)
    • Preferred: PMP or Prince2 Certified
  • Technical understanding of one or more infrastructure domains (e.g., Networking, UNIX, Windows, End User Computing).
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
