  • 8+ years of industry experience
  • 5+ years of silicon or system material management experience working on hardware programs
  • Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization concepts and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with technology solutions and tools related to such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) software, or Demand Planning and Forecasting applications.
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, and collaborator management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, attention to detail and social skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and collaborators at all levels.
  • Organizational change expertise, with the ability to drive organizational change and lead resistance to change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor supply chain process - wafer, test, packaging
  • Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation as well as familiarity with business processes, industry standard methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
