Role: SAP Deployment Project Manager

Location Raleigh, NC(Hybrid)

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Deployment Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise-level SAP implementations across global business units. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP GTS, and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, with a proven track record of managing large-scale deployments, cutover planning, and stakeholder alignment in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals or manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP deployment projects, including planning, execution, cutover, and post-go-live support Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors Drive fit-gap analysis workshops and ensure alignment with global SAP templates Oversee cutover activities, including readiness assessments, contingency planning, and go/no-go decisions Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance policies Provide leadership and guidance to project teams across multiple geographies Monitor KPIs and project health metrics to ensure successful delivery Facilitate training, change management, and user adoption strategies Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years in a Project/Deployment Manager role Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP GTS, and SAP SD/OTC modules Strong background in cutover planning, release management, and global rollouts Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries preferred Familiarity with middleware tools like SEEBURGER and integration technologies (IDOCs, RFCs, EDI) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus Education & Certifications Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field SAP SD and SAP S/4 HANA certifications preferred
