Job Details:
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, machine learning, and software development. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading AI projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions and applications.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Develop and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, Deep Learning, NLP & GenAI & Agentic experience is a big plus.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI projects.
Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with hands on project experience of 10 12 yrs of experience.
Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role in AI and machine learning.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques. Knowledge of Neural networks, NLP, GenAI concepts such as RAG & Lang chain, multiagent systems is an advantage.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
