  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking 3 Project Manager 3s to join our team. This position is a hybrid position requiring both on site and remote work.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 8+ years of experience in enterprise level project management, leveraging best practices according to the industry standards in project or program management.
    • 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
      • Working independently with minimal supervision; ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and directional changes under short and firm deadlines.
      • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving experience an data related projects.
      • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including executive leadership, business subject area leaders, and project staff
      • Advanced interpersonal skills: adept at quickly developing relationships and ascertaining how to work with a variety of individuals at all levels.
      • Excellent written and oral communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience.


    PREFERRED

    • Experience with child welfare case management systems


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist with the preparation and transition to a new case management system
    • Work with and assist technology and program teams to support review of processes, policies, procedures.
    • Identify risks/issues and develop mitigation strategies
    • Monitor and manage staffing and resources assigned to the project.
    • Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of the project
    • Coordinate cross functional teams and manage stakeholder communications
    • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure readiness for the new case management system
