- Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking 3 Project Manager 3s to join our team. This position is a hybrid position requiring both on site and remote work.
QUALIFICATIONS- 8+ years of experience in enterprise level project management, leveraging best practices according to the industry standards in project or program management.
- 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
- Working independently with minimal supervision; ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and directional changes under short and firm deadlines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving experience an data related projects.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including executive leadership, business subject area leaders, and project staff
- Advanced interpersonal skills: adept at quickly developing relationships and ascertaining how to work with a variety of individuals at all levels.
- Excellent written and oral communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience.
PREFERRED- Experience with child welfare case management systems
RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist with the preparation and transition to a new case management system
- Work with and assist technology and program teams to support review of processes, policies, procedures.
- Identify risks/issues and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and manage staffing and resources assigned to the project.
- Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of the project
- Coordinate cross functional teams and manage stakeholder communications
- Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure readiness for the new case management system
