As a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) at Starbucks, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful delivery of software products and releases. Acting as the vital link between stakeholders-including Product Managers, Technical Program Managers (TPMs), and Engineering Leads-you will ensure seamless coordination across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Own and drive end-to-end software release planning, execution, and communication.

Collaborate across business analysts, development, QA, infrastructure, DevOps, and operations teams.

Maintain and publish release calendars, notes, system outage plans, and deployment instructions.

Facilitate resolution of build/deployment issues and environment-related blockers.

Evaluate release readiness and manage risks, rollback plans, and approval processes.

Track and improve DORA metrics (build failures, deployment failures, etc.).

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile and Kaizen principles.

Partner with Product Managers to support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and definition of done alignment.

Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform, CRM systems, and IT operations.

Proven knowledge of agile methodologies, configuration management, and system administration.

Demonstrated experience in client management, technology delivery, and customer experience optimization.

Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and complex technical releases.
