Job Details


As a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) at Starbucks, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful delivery of software products and releases. Acting as the vital link between stakeholders-including Product Managers, Technical Program Managers (TPMs), and Engineering Leads-you will ensure seamless coordination across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Own and drive end-to-end software release planning, execution, and communication.

  • Collaborate across business analysts, development, QA, infrastructure, DevOps, and operations teams.

  • Maintain and publish release calendars, notes, system outage plans, and deployment instructions.

  • Facilitate resolution of build/deployment issues and environment-related blockers.

  • Evaluate release readiness and manage risks, rollback plans, and approval processes.

  • Track and improve DORA metrics (build failures, deployment failures, etc.).

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile and Kaizen principles.

  • Partner with Product Managers to support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and definition of done alignment.

  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform, CRM systems, and IT operations.

  • Proven knowledge of agile methodologies, configuration management, and system administration.

  • Demonstrated experience in client management, technology delivery, and customer experience optimization.

  • Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and complex technical releases.

  • Passion for continuous improvement, collaboration, and delivering quality software.
