Who You Are:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting professional with 2 5 years of experience to support our finance operations. This role will contribute to core accounting functions and play a key role in reviewing sales proposals and contracts, providing financial input to project initiatives and supporting executive-level reporting. A key aspect will be to prepare timely project-based reports with analysis and the ability to independently work directly with project teams across the firm.

At the Consultant-level, you will be expected to independently contribute ideas, recommendations, and solutions toward solving business challenges, construct key components of deliverables/presentations, and contribute to the development of Intellectual Capital (IC) and Marketing Collateral. You will serve as a team leader for individual work streams and acquire a comprehensive understanding of the firm s expertise, product set, and capabilities. Most importantly, you will embrace our firm s brand and core values.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Support monthly close process and preparation of financial reports, including project based reporting and analysis.
  • Analyze business case financials and support review of project-related statements of work (SOWs) to ensure alignment with budget and financial goals
  • Prepare project based reports and summaries for the executive team to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with offshore resources to maintain financial consistency
  • Help maintain internal controls and assist with compliance activities
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvement and automation

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Excellence in Microsoft Excel and general accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Enterprise, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a technology or consulting firm is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with professional services project-based reporting
  • Exposure to reviewing contracts or SOWs is a plus
  • CPA or working toward certification is a plus
